Student and Volunteer Placement Opportunities
The Bungalow Partnership is a voluntary sector organisation providing therapeutic and parenting support to children, young people and families. We welcome applications from 2nd and 3rd year students in the areas of social work, counselling and other therapeutic disciplines such as psychotherapy, art therapy, drama therapy, play therapy, filial therapy and theraplay, who require placements as part of their course. We also welcome partnerships with local colleges, universities and training providers who are seeking regular placements for their students.
Please note we can only accept placement applications from 2nd and 3rd year students due to the nature of our work. If you would like to discuss a placement opportunity with The Bungalow Partnership please do not hesitate to contact us.
Volunteers Opportunities
The Bungalow Partnership is a voluntary sector organisation providing therapeutic and parenting support to children, young people and families.
We currently accept volunteer 3rd year students from Teesside University and would be happy to consider students from other universities, providing that the distance was not a barrier to your working with us.
Volunteers must have experience of working with children, be responsible and professional and be able to commit to working with us for a full academic year. Your own transport is essential as you may need to travel between schools.
